I'm looking at a 2024 RX450H+ or something like that with the mark levinson system, so my question is if this system is even worth it? The dealer said I might get some off the initial price, but I don't want to pay more for a car that has something that's not worth it

Whether it's worth it depends on how much you care about audio, it's crisp, clean, and the clarity at low volume is very much okay, which is where most people live day to day. I dont know your preferences but if you're the type who just listens to podcasts or spotify in the background, skip it and take the dealer's discount

My wife really likes it and I suppose I do appreciate the quality, particularly at somewhat higher volumes. Agree the low volume quallity is good though.

If you're someone who really appreciates premium sound, the Mark Levinson system is definitely a noticeable upgrade — clear highs, solid bass, and overall great balance. That said, if you're not super picky about audio or mostly listen to podcasts or radio, the standard system might be enough. Since the dealer is offering a discount, it could be worth it, but only if you'll actually enjoy it. Maybe try a side-by-side demo if possible before deciding.

Yes it is and if you have the opportunity go for it. The main reason why I'm saying this is that a colleague of mine got the 450 as me but in a lower trim without ML. When we compared them he realized that he shouldn't have cheap out.
